Chair the Procurement Forum and mentor procurement talent across the organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Drive Supplier Excellence:
Optimise supplier relationships, manage contracts effectively, and create processes that maximise value throughout the lifecycle of agreements. Empower Through Training:
Deliver engaging and practical procurement training to elevate the skills of CSG staff involved in purchasing and contract management.
