What You’ll Achieve: As Head of Procurement, you will: Lead with Vision:

Develop and manage a high-performing Corporate Procurement team, setting ambitious targets and inspiring excellence. Strategize for Success:

Craft and execute a procurement strategy that delivers best value commercially while aligning with our social value and sustainability goals. Collaborate with Purpose:

Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, gaining their trust and support to implement innovative strategies. Champion Compliance and Best Practice:

Ensure adherence to legislation and internal policies, and pioneer best-in-class procurement methodologies, including cutting-edge e-tendering solutions. Inspire Professional Growth:

Chair the Procurement Forum and mentor procurement talent across the organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Drive Supplier Excellence:

Optimise supplier relationships, manage contracts effectively, and create processes that maximise value throughout the lifecycle of agreements. Empower Through Training:

Deliver engaging and practical procurement training to elevate the skills of CSG staff involved in purchasing and contract management. The Impact You’ll Make: Continuously improve procurement processes, ensuring best value and compliance. Influence critical decision-making across the organisation. Create sustainable supplier relationships that drive long-term success. Be a catalyst for professional development and operational excellence across the Group.
