Key Duties (including but not limited to):
Ensure full regulatory compliance of products, process and distribution support including Solvency II, Consumer Duty, and IDD.
Inspire, coach, and develop drive to achieve a committed, enthusiastic, high performing team through a complex matrix management.
Develop a world class manufacturing capability in Wealth for the UK and to drive the global approach to protection.
Manage all TPEM roles and activities for Product working with 3rd parties.
Contribute fully as a member of the UK EXCO team and support Global Insurance Product team.
Experience required:
Extensive experience of life insurance predominately and general insurance.
Working knowledge of UK regulatory market.
Proven experience of line managing a large team of direct and indirect reports.
Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders cross-functional teams and strong negotiation skills.
Experience leading people leaders, providing autonomy and questioning where appropriate.
