Skills and requirements

Proven experience in a senior product leadership role (VP/Head of Product or Lead PM looking to step up), ideally in a high-growth tech startup.
Strong track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS, procurement, construction or marketplace products.
Hands-on experience prototyping rapidly with AI-native development platforms (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Claude) to validate product concepts.
Excellent communicator who can inspire teams, influence across the business, and speak confidently to investors.
