The Head of Product Management (Data & AI) is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and outcomes of CTM’s data platforms and data science models. The role requires leadership and strategic insight, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes through innovative data products and AI solutions. This position demands an experienced product leader with deep expertise in data science, data management, and machine learning, along with a strong track record in building customer centric platforms. Some of the great things you’ll be doing: Define and drive CtM’s AI/Data product strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall business goals and FCA guidelines. Own and execute an ambitious product roadmap across data platform and data science teams (embedded within squads), to deliver exceptional customer & partner outcomes. Identify and prioritise new areas of innovation, optimization, and growth within the business. Define product KPIs to measure product success and adoption. Drive collaboration across data/ML engineering, data science, and other cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap. Continuously improve the op. model for Data teams as the business scales. Build, mentor, and lead a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture. What we’d like to see from you: Extensive experience building and scaling data products in high growth consumer businesses; Fintech experience is advantageous. Strategic problem solver, with high commercial acumen. Highly analytical with a growth mindset. Inspirational and resilient leader. Experience leading in a matrix environment.
