Our client is a highly regarded Global Asset Manager with a large Private Assets Business based in the West End. They have created a new role as ‘Head of Product’ for their Global Real Estate Business. Managing a medium-sized team of talented individuals, you will be the Technical Product Manager, responsible for all things related to product, serving as the central figure for product development and management. You and your team will be developing and managing products for wealth channels, including transitioning successful institutional private strategies into wealth on a global scale. This role requires you to oversee multiple products and act as a focal point for various aspects of product development. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage product roadmaps Develop sales messages and unique selling propositions (USPs) Oversee product line items, committees, marketing, and bank openings Conduct market research and trend analysis Required Skills and Experience: LTIF (Long-Term Investment Funds) and LTAF (Long-Term Asset Funds) Private market funds (primary focus) Public trading investment trusts Fund structures across various jurisdictions (Dutch, Luxembourg, UK, Asia) Experience with or knowledge of: Wealth and semi-liquid platforms Open and closed-ended funds LPA (Limited Partnership Agreement) development and revision Legal expertise in fund structuring Desired Qualities: Willingness to be hands-on and involved in projects
