Head of Product Development - Hybrid
£75,000 plus up to 20% bonus and excellent benefits.
This award-winning and growing software company is looking for a Head of Product Development with ideally at least five years of commercial experience to join their team. This Senior Product role will shape the company’s product development roadmap and drive innovation in the product markets.
Package:
£70,000 basic salary with yearly reviews Up to 20% bonus 26.5 days holidays + bank holidays (rising with service) Life assurance, Share Options, Private medical, Income Protection, Critical Illness Cover, and more! The Head of Product Development will work closely with the Commercial Director to architect and implement effective, scalable product development processes for all development-type projects based on an Agile approach. The Head of Product will be the product evangelist responsible for clearly articulating the product value proposition to key stakeholders. Required:
Experience in a leadership role with a history of owning a product roadmap Expert level knowledge of agile product management methodologies Proven track record in product development Extensive experience in online journey optimisation and delivery of changes to customer-facing journeys An expert coach who has a passion and disposition for coaching team members Strategic, creative, and people-centered approach The ability to craft clear and detailed deliverables and expertly communicate across audiences The role will see you join a well-established business that has grown significantly over the past 3 years.
