Success in this role requires visionary leadership, strong product management expertise, market insight, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly commercial environment. Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. Manage the product line budget, ensuring financial goals are achieved. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team. You’ll have the following skills and experience: Proven experience in successfully launching and managing Temperature Control, HVAC, or OFA products in a competitive market. Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to influence a global network and provide clarity of vision and direction. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best and grow. Commercial acumen to make strategic decisions on whether to build in-house or buy off-the-shelf, ensuring optimal returns. Confidence in taking accountability for clear recommendations and guidance. Equity, diversity and inclusion at Aggreko We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences. We encourage everyone to be themselves at work because we know that’s how we do our best, for each other, for our customers, for the communities where we work, and for our careers. We are an equal opportunity employer. If you apply for a role at Aggreko, we will consider your application based on your qualifications and experience, and not on your race, colour, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
