Define, develop, and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business goals and market dynamics. Team Development:

Coach and develop the product management team, ensuring clear career pathways and alignment with objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure effective ways of working and deliver products to market. Customer Focus:

Lead research and discovery phases to understand customer needs and drive product innovation. What We’re Looking For: Experience:

At least 7 years in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful software products. Leadership:

Ability to manage digital products across multiple brands and collaborate with senior executives. Analytical Skills:

Highly analytical with a knack for tackling challenges and delivering solutions. Communication:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, team members, and stakeholders. Methodologies:

Follower of Agile, Lean, Directed Discovery, and Design Thinking methodologies. Preferred Experience: Background in marketing, retail, technology, or automotive industries.
