Head of Product
- Rochester - Full Time Office based / £60,000 - £80,000 DOE plus excellent benefits
A highly successful ecommerce company is currently recruiting for a Head of Product to head up the product management function, continuously building a product portfolio and managing the process from sourcing through to launch and maintenance. This company is going through hyper growth, introducing 5 plus new products per month. Responsible for managing a motivated and driven team of product managers as well as being hands-on in bringing on new products and managing the extensive portfolio.
Areas of Responsibilities:
Overseeing the sourcing and development of all new products Be responsible for all legal compliance of products Oversee substantiation of product claims Manage a small team Ensure the product roadmap is delivered on time Oversee the review of existing products to ensure standards are being met and improvements are being made where appropriate Take ownership of the full product launch process, ensuring all the key teams are meeting deadlines for products to launch on time
Personal Profile:
Significant experience (including team management) in product development and management Experienced in sourcing new products Experience owning product roadmaps Track record of executing product strategy & product launches
Package:
Basic salary between £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday Pension State of the art office and facilities Free parking Flexible hours
