BAO are seeking a Head of Production Chef to join their Central Production Unit. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Assistant or Head Chef looking for a new role in an award winning, critically acclaimed group.

We're looking for an experienced Head Production Chef to join our Central Production Unit located at in Dephna Cold Rooms in North Acton.
You'll have experience working in a quality central production unit, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly, we are looking for people who are as passionate about food and hospitality as we are and able to run a team.

- Good knowledge of H&S
- Prior experience as a production assistant within a fast-paced quality, central production kitchen;
- Able to deliver high volume food across sites;
- Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
- Passion for about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
- The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;

- We have a commitment to work life balance. Our rotas are based on 6 shifts over 5 days, with a maximum of 1 double. You are paid overtime, and you will get 2 weeks rotas in advance so you can have a life outside of work. Youll also have 2 shifts to focus on developing your team and the business.
