The Role

As the Head of Production, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the production floor. Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership:

Leading a skilled team, inspiring them to achieve and exceed production targets while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Production Oversight:

Managing and coordinating production schedules to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. Operational Efficiency:

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to optimise production workflows. Quality Assurance:

Ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, maintaining the company's reputation for excellence. Collaboration:

Working closely with the management team to support strategic goals and ensure the production team contributes to the company's growth. Continuous Improvement:

Encouraging and driving both individual and collective development within the team.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need: Expertise in Production and Machining:

A strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly CNC machining. Proven Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated experience in managing production teams, schedules, and achieving targets. Passion for Excellence:
