As they undergo a significant transformation, they are looking for an exceptional leader to oversee Strategic Delivery ensuring seamless project execution and innovation are aligned with their growth ambitions. Role Overview: Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, the Head of Project and Business Transformation will be pivotal in overseeing two critical areas: Strategic Delivery:

Driving transformational programmes with a budget of ~£1m and delivering benefits of £1.5m across up to 10 major projects. Partner Delivery:

Delivering key assets (e.g., WLR, Broadband, Ethernet) to support monthly recurring revenue of ~£2m. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making. Build, deploy, and develop the delivery organisation, including the Strategic and Partner Delivery areas. Lead and manage two Senior Delivery Leads, alongside a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Oversee strategic and partner delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Design and implement a robust project governance framework and hybrid delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). Report to the Executive Board, providing regular updates on projects, risks, and opportunities. Directly manage two strategic projects, ensuring successful delivery. Drive continuous improvement across the delivery function, enhancing processes and outcomes. What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in strategic project and programme delivery, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at an executive level. Demonstrated expertise in budget management, risk assessment, and governance frameworks. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, with a track record of driving high-performing teams.
