With a strong reputation and a portfolio of well-known household brands, this is a unique opportunity to manage large-scale projects within the food manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects across 5-6 large manufacturing sites, ensuring successful delivery of approximately £5 million worth of projects per year. Oversee a variety of electrically-biased projects such as lighting upgrades, safety circuit improvements, site modifications, and equipment moves—with project values ranging from £50,000 to £400,000. Manage and inspire a diverse team, including 5-6 Contracts Managers, 6 Team Leaders, and 25 Technicians, along with carefully selected subcontractors. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of workmanship. Collaborate with the current Head of Projects during the transition period, and report directly to the Operations Director who will offer guidance and support. Why Join Us?
