And we are engineering progress. We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Projects to join our team. We have residential presence on established well known blue chip clients and are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic senior leader who can drive growth across the existing residential contracts whilst developing and expanding services with new clients. Key Responsibilities

Full accountability for the delivery of all project activities across our customer sites. Delivery of the annual budget relating to project services. To lead and manage multiple residential electrical contract teams ensuring all projects and works delivered meet time, cost, and quality requirements of the individual customers. To develop, manage, and grow the individual revenues on each of the residential sites, while ensuring the projects stay within financial constraints. Oversee the preparation of cost estimates, bids, and quotations for the work packages. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of residential electricians, project managers, and contractors. Allocate resources effectively and ensure teams meet project deadlines and quality standards. Maintain and build relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring client requirements are met and act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries. Ensure all works comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within all project activities. Monitor and enforce the highest standards of quality control, ensuring that all electrical systems are installed and tested to specification. Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, financials, and any issues that may affect timelines or costs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Identify and deliver organic growth across our residential sites while prospecting new opportunities within the East and Southeast region of March. Identify and introduce additional Peterborough centric services to both new and existing customers. Ensure staff have development plans to increase their skills and provide a rewarding career path in their chosen discipline. Skills and Experiences

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and regulatory requirements. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing, and delegating tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Successful delivery of financial budgets. Proven capability to identify and deliver value driven reliability solutions. Strong evidence of capability to operate at a senior leadership level within a professional services business. Specific Qualifications

Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical contracting (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Electrical Contractor) are a plus. What We Offer
