Head of Property & Facilities Management
Procurement Heads are thrilled to partner with a market-leading UK organisation as they go to market to appoint a Head of Property. With responsibility for shaping and executing a comprehensive property strategy, the Head of Property & Facilities Management will engage with a senior stakeholder group to deliver a strategy that aligns with the organisation’s strategic and commercial goals, enhances employee wellbeing, culture, productivity, and supports ESG initiatives. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience within the Property & Facilities Management space at a senior level and will be equally comfortable analysing complex detail and translating that strategically to an Executive audience. This role requires an expert relationship builder who has proven experience of navigating a matrix management organisation successfully, influencing and delivering agreed outcomes.
