Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Property Services to join our Property Services senior leadership team to deliver our M&E servicing and repairs service across all Clarion properties.
Responsibilities
Ensure Clarion's supply chain partners deliver M&E services that respond to the needs of our residents. Implement the Property Services strategy and business plan. Take personal responsibility for mission-critical contracts and manage a portfolio of major facilities services. Monitor and manage Health and Safety on site.
Qualifications
You'll hold a degree level qualification in a property related discipline and/or leadership and have experience in delivering M & E services within the housing sector. We are looking for someone who also has experience as a Head of Service in a Housing Association, having led on cultural change.
