Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic leader to head our UK&I Property business. This role offers the chance to drive the impressive growth we’ve experienced since 2022 and lead a talented team in both general Property and Real Estate. Key Highlights:

Leadership Excellence: Proven experience in leading teams and running a P&L. Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and deliver a strategic vision for long-term performance. Market Profile: Comprehensive market knowledge and a strong industry profile. Role Purpose:

Responsibility for the profitable development of the UK Retail & Wholesale Property portfolio. Set and execute strategic direction across Property departments with a focus on the management of risk whilst driving business growth and achieving profit objectives. Driving transformational change and strategic focus by maximizing business value through portfolio optimization, operational efficiency, and risk selection. Leading, coaching, and developing the Property team, creating a work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and cooperation. Finding ways to leverage technology within the Underwriting process to improve efficiency. Key Accountabilities:

Accountability for the strategic direction, oversight, and performance of the UK Property portfolio. Responsible for successful execution of the Property plan; adjusting strategies and actions to meet the needs of a changing marketplace; effectively preserve and enhance profitability through product development and enhancement; pricing discipline, competitive analysis, and the development of business-enhancing performance metrics and controls. Formulating guidelines and executing underwriting strategy. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the team of Underwriters. Align, empower, and influence others through ideas, encouragement, and insight. Overall responsibility for department P&L. Primary point for all peer reviews for the department. Business development and execution of yearly business and budget planning. Provide insurance solutions & broader risk management support to clients' most complex risks and challenges. Developing a business and marketing plan, building brand and product awareness through broker market. Expanding and enhancing the current product range to allow Everest to compete with the market leaders in the sector. Accountability for delivery of all key P&L metrics. Professional Experience & Skills:

Property expert with extensive Underwriting experience across both Lloyd's and Company platforms in the UK marketplace. Demonstrated ability to generate profitable new business and proven record of delivering meaningful underwriting profit. Credible leader with proven people management, team building, and leadership skills. Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with peers. Strong technical background, problem-solving analytical skills, and ability to connect data analytics with strategic deliverables to drive underwriting strategy. Our Culture
