Head of Proposition
at a leading wealth management firm. This position offers the chance to drive strategy and innovation for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, ensuring sustainable growth and delivering excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities : Lead the propositions strategy for the HNW segment, focusing on profitability and client satisfaction. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to shape competitive propositions. Manage the end-to-end development, delivery, and maintenance of investment and financial planning propositions. Partner with distribution, investment, compliance, and other teams to align strategy and execution. Maintain governance and ensure propositions meet regulatory standards while delivering measurable value.
About You : Extensive experience in a senior proposition or commercial leadership role within wealth management. Strong understanding of UK regulatory requirements, alongside investment management and financial planning expertise. A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. Qualifications in investment management or financial advice are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Basic salary ranges from £130k-£150k plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
