£34.22 - £44.81 per Hour Responsibilities: The post holders will provide strategic and operational management support to all directly provided and regulated services. Future direction is for the services to become increasingly multi-agency and services may be expanded and need to change in line with service development requirements. The post holders will be required to deputise for the Deputy Director Provider Services and support them to ensure that the services are operating at the highest standard and in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and the Care Quality Commission Fundamental Standards, with the expectation that all regulated services achieve a Good or Outstanding CQC Rating. Working collaboratively with our residents, carers, families, staff, internal and external partners, Members, CQC and Health colleagues to support improved outcomes through a strengths-based approach for people using our services. The post holder will report to the Deputy Director Provider Services. The post holder will have the ability to facilitate improvement and adopt an open and honest approach to people management. The ability to be innovative is essential as well as possessing high levels of personal integrity and resilience. Qualifications: Social work, Occupational Therapy or Nursing degree level or equivalent preferred but not essential where qualified HCPC or Social Work England registered. Evidence of experience/qualification in management preferred but not essential. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
