Head of Quality Compliance

What You Will be Doing: In this influential position, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and Compliance. You will not only manage a dedicated team but also play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards while navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving quality assurance and compliance across all operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the management representative for ISO 13485. Oversee and develop personnel within the Quality Department. Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Ensure all customer product quality requirements are met. Manage non-conforming products and implement corrective actions. Lead third-party audits and inspections with confidence. Collaborate with senior management to support product launches and strategic growth. What We’re Looking For: A primary science degree and at least 5 years’ experience in medical manufacturing. Experience gaining pharma registrations in overseas jurisdictions, e.g. FDA. Ideally a QP. Experience within pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and international standards like Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Proven success in team building and people management.
