Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of cable manufacture, installation, inspection, and repair;
Extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles;
Experienced in subsea construction, renewable, and marine industries;
Experience delivering CAPEX projects relating to assets/equipment;
Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and its application; knowledge of ISO45001 and 14001 (preferred);
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans;
Problem-solving and analytical skills;
Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills;
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
