Head of Quality – QP
Partnering exclusively with a growing advanced pharmaceutical business, we are looking to appoint a senior leadership position overseeing quality assurance across several sites. If you are an experienced QP, this would be a significant advantage.
Whilst the role will focus on both strategy and leadership, the QP experience will provide an outstanding foundation to address a number of critical business operational challenges. If you have not worked as a QP but have led QP teams, this could also prove valuable.
The position will be based remotely and not assigned to one facility – however, you will be expected to travel to spend time in person at each site around once per month. Therefore, flexibility to travel within the UK is critical. A car / car allowance will be provided as part of the wider benefits package to support this.

Strong and established quality assurance experience within the pharmaceutical industry Exceptional understanding and application of GMP People leadership experience, capability and desire is essential Technically must have hands-on experience in an aseptic/sterile manufacturing setting The capability to virtually manage a team – previous multi-site experience would be helpful but is not essential if you have had this experience managing teams remotely.
