As the Head of Recruitment, you'll be instrumental in shaping our company's talent strategy and building a high-performing team. You'll play a key role in attracting top talent, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring our recruitment processes are efficient and effective as we grow!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop the recruitment team: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Stakeholder management and leadership: Partner with key stakeholders to drive trust and delivery across the business, align to business goals and ensure the recruitment team is a trusted partner at every level.

Attract top talent: Develop and execute innovative strategies to identify and attract top-quality candidates.

Enhance our employer brand: Represent our company as an employer of choice, showcasing our unique culture and values.

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent in the hiring process and beyond.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Competency-Based Interviewing: Further develop and implement a company-wide competency-based interview process.

Talent Pipelining: Identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming positions.

Hiring with Equality: Drive delivery with representation, integrity and precision, continue to support efforts to build a more representative workforce.

Data Driven Decisions: Track and analyse key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness.

Tools and Technologies: Implement new tools and technologies to drive efficiency in the recruitment process and enhance experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in managing and developing an internal recruitment team.

Extensive hands-on experience in recruitment in the tech sector, particularly GTM sales recruitment.

Proven experience in DEI best practices in hiring processes and programs.

Deep knowledge of competency-based interviewing and assessment design.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment processes (ideally experience working with Ashby or similar).

Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Data driven, proven experience using data to drive decision-making and influencing stakeholders to drive effective recruitment processes.

Passionate about delivering an inclusive approach to hiring, experienced in delivering programs to build a representative workforce.

Ability to influence, challenge, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record in building company EVP and enhancing brand awareness.

Experience working in the IT sector and IT sales recruitment experience is essential.
