Our Head of Regional Sales in Europe will develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth within core markets in Europe, with a large focus on building new retailer relationships. This leadership position will build and manage multiple country sales teams while working closely with global executive leadership to achieve company objectives. The candidate will need to manage a wide portfolio of brands and their individual ‘go to market’ and/or expansion strategies. Heroes is an equal-opportunity employer. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives across European markets. Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for identified regions in Europe. Lead and manage a European sales team, including regional sales managers, sales agents, account executives, and sales support staff across different regions. Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for all markets and brands, creating detailed plans to meet or exceed revenue goals. Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to inform sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key strategic customers, retail partners, and potential high-value business clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and potential expansion strategies. Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer success departments. Report business performance to senior leadership and external stakeholders where applicable. About you

Extensive experience in international B2B sales within Europe, particularly in DE, FR, IT & ES, with a proven track record of successfully managing global sales operations. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with significant international business exposure. Proven success in managing complex, global sales organisations. Strong strategic planning and business development skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Deep understanding of European business practices, cultural nuances, and market dynamics. Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is typically preferred; Business German is essential. Proficiency in the use of CRM systems is typically preferred (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot).
