We are currently recruiting for a Head of Residential Management on behalf of a property management company based in North London.
Operating for over 15 years, they have a portfolio of over 900 properties which they look after, including residential, office blocks, industrial estates, mixed-use properties, leisure and retail units, as well as development sites.
They have a workforce of over 55 and are currently looking to add a Project Manager and a Head of Residential. Experience gained through the ranks would be ideal, including management and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Manage residential properties and ensure compliance with relevant legislation including HMO.
Oversee maintenance and management operations.
Lead and develop a team to ensure high standards of service.
Minimum Requirements:
Residential management experience.
Knowledge of relevant legislation.
This is a permanent position based in North London, working Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. The salary is £65k per annum.
