Our fantastic client is looking for an experienced and proficient Residential Property Leader who can manage the department and operations. For this role, you will need to be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer.
The role is office-based in their lovely Surrey Offices and will require a Residential law specialist who is well-versed in all aspects of the buying and selling process, legal issues, contracts, and finances.
The role responsibilities will be as follows: Ability to work to a high standard and possess fine attention to detail while being organised and efficient under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High standards of client care with a professional and pleasant manner. Strong business development skills with contacts in the property sector in their local area. Strong interest in helping support and develop junior members of staff. Being involved in the development of the firm's culture. Excellent IT skills to work in an innovative and forward-thinking law firm.
