Full-time We are working with a fantastic Surrey and Berkshire firm seeking a proactive Head of Property to lead their growing property department. This role requires a strong leader with at least 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing post qualification. Advantageous, but not a requirement, is some experience in commercial conveyancing. As a fully qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage a team, develop strategies, and ensure high client care standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the property team. Handle legal matters related to property transactions. Advise clients on legal issues, finances, and contracts. Drive business development and foster local contacts. Support and develop junior staff members. Integrate legal technology into the department. Maintain excellent communication and client care.
