This role will be based in Yeovil or Taunton. Job Description The Head of Residential Property Director's responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the Residential Property team. Developing and implementing strategic growth plans for the department. Ensuring the delivery of top-quality service to clients. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Successful Applicant The successful Head of Residential Property Director should have at least 5+ years PQE and have experience in: Leaseholds and freeholds. New builds. Unregistered land. Help to Buy. Equity release. Transfers of equity. What's on Offer A competitive salary of around £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE).
