The firm has offices in Devizes, Chippenham, Marlborough, Royal Wootton Bassett & Swindon. The location of this post is flexible and can be discussed with candidates. Responsibilities:

Provide clear direction and leadership to a successful and well-regarded Conveyancing team. Ensure that overall day-to-day operations run smoothly. Help guide and shape the strategic direction of the department. Motivate, lead, train, and manage staff. Set appropriate goals to make the firm an inspiring and successful place to work. We’re looking to speak to conveyancing professionals with experience in people management who can inspire others around them!
