• Overseeing risk management, audits, and assurance programmes to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in technical services, engineering compliance, or risk management within FM or the built environment.
• Proven experience managing compliance across multi-site, complex operations.
• Strong experience handling operational risk and critical incidents.
• ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.

• This is a hybrid role with travel across the UK, offering flexibility on location while providing exposure to a wide range of operational environments and stakeholders.

Additional role context

• This role is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 Months.
• Leading robust governance and ensuring full statutory compliance across all technical services.
• Owning business continuity and resilience planning, including incident response frameworks.
