Safety Capability Lead

to join us at this exciting time. If you’re passionate about safety, innovation, and leadership, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do As the Safety Capability Lead, you will: Lead and develop a growing team of safety management specialists. Oversee the delivery of high-quality safety assurance services for key defence clients. Work closely with business development and marketing teams to grow the business, including identifying and responding to market trends and client opportunities. Manage recruitment, training, and mentoring to strengthen the team’s skills. Support bid preparation and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards. Champion continuous improvement and innovation in our safety services. Experience:

10+ years in technical systems safety management, ideally in UK defence, consultancy, MOD, or a defence prime contractor. Expertise:

Strong knowledge of safety assurance techniques, regulations, and UK MOD Acquisition Safety and Environmental Management System (ASEMS). Leadership:

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex safety projects. Skills:

Business development, technical delivery, and continuous improvement of safety services. Knowledge:

Knowledge of emerging safety technologies and methodologies. Experience:

Experience delivering safety solutions for defence systems, platforms, or equipment. Passion:
