You'll be pivotal in scaling up a sales team within Contract Catering. Set and execute a B2B sales, people and growth strategy. About Our Client Our client is a leading provider in the Contract Catering sector within the Oxfordshire area. They have a 5* full service offering to a wide range of B2B clients, now looking to further penetrate the market. Job Description Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the department. Lead, coach and mentor the sales team to exceed targets. Build strong relationships with key clients. Oversee and land new contracts through bid management. Track and report on sales performance metrics. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for growth within the sector. Head up sales, reporting into the Board. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Head of Sales - Contract Catering' should have: A strong background in sales within the Business Services sector, preferably a link to Food or Contract Catering services. Leadership experience; sales training, development planning, best practice, encouraging a successful culture. Passion for scaling up a team and making sales pivotal in business growth. Defining and executing a channel/client strategic business plan. Excellent relationship and negotiation skills with multi-function touch points. Bid delivery. Internal & external influence from top down. Proficiency in using sales tracking and reporting. Location Requirement : You must be able to access Oxfordshire daily.
