Commercial Growth : Identify and seize new business opportunities, building strong relationships with global distributors and retail partners to boost market share. Work closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Business Development : Support the GM driving market expansion within key territories, while consolidating our presence in existing markets. Negotiate and manage contracts with key existing and new partners, ensuring commercially sound agreements that benefit both parties.
Forecasting and Budgeting : Take full ownership of sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, ensuring we stay on track and hit our targets. Use sales data and market insights to guide strategic decisions and optimise performance.
Market Expansion : Lead the way in entering new markets, ensuring our approach aligns with the brand’s global vision and positioning.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented sales team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional development.
The successful candidate will have: At least 8 years of senior sales leadership experience in the beauty, skincare, or premium FMCG sectors, with a strong network of contacts.
Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with broader business goals. A natural leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of multi-channel sales, including retail, e-commerce, and distribution partnerships.
You’ll be comfortable using data to drive decisions and ensure we’re maximising every opportunity.
Excellent at fostering relationships, negotiating deals, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience managing sales across international markets, ideally within the EMEA & ROW regions.
Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, able to influence at all levels.
