Role Overview As a Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our dealership, overseeing and motivating the sales team to achieve outstanding results. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and results-oriented leader who thrives on challenges and is passionate about the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership profitability and customer retention. Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies to maintain our competitive edge. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high satisfaction. Manage inventory, pricing, and presentation of vehicles on the sales floor. Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations. Required Skills & Experience Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in automotive management. Leadership:

Proven track record in leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Customer Focus:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship building. Strategic Thinking:

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a fast-paced environment. Automotive Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of automotive products and the dealership sales process. Technology Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM systems, dealership management software, and MS Office Suite. What We Offer Competitive Salary:
