Head of Sales - FTC - Minimum 3 Months (Potential to be extended) £Salary Negotiable DOE Head of Sales Required for Regional Fixed Term Appointment for Private Care Homes. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape and lead the sales function for a portfolio of newly commissioned care homes in the Northern Home Counties. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building and driving a sales culture that aligns with the organisation's high standards of care. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue across the group's properties. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a dynamic sales and marketing strategy to achieve and exceed occupancy targets. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Relationship Managers to enhance their performance and ensure exceptional customer engagement. Build relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and influencers to generate interest and drive inquiries. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee the management of sales pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from inquiries to admissions. Collaborate with operational teams to align sales initiatives with the overall goals of the business. Requirements: Proven experience in a Head of Sales or senior sales leadership role within the care home or healthcare sector. A strong track record of achieving occupancy growth and delivering sales targets. Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
