What you'll be doing: We are looking for a Head of Sales who is looking to make a positive impact in an innovative and high-energy environment. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the global Pro Audio market and be a master of relationship building and account management. You should have a proven track record of success in sales, an outstanding work ethic, and a passion for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and system integrators. You must have an eye for detail and the ability to think strategically to generate and bring to the company new business accounts. This is your ideal role if you have: Experience of leading a sales team 3-5 years minimum experience of International distribution channel management in a project-based broadcast product category. Previous experience selling high value, low volume, project-based broadcast products. Experience of selling through tender/bid processes, channel and distributors Well-honed presentation and product demonstration skills Knowledge of broadcast audio workflow and/or Broadcast IP Knowledge of broadcast audio consoles or adjacent technologies If you're creative, driven and ready to take on new challenges, this job could be the perfect fit for you.
