We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Sales to join our experienced team at Triumph North London and forthcoming opening of Ducati North London at our shared site in Watford later this year. About the role The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and motorcycles and already have an established career in sales, ideally in the motorcycle industry as a Sales Manager, looking for the next challenge in their career. You will have the benefit of learning from our experienced managers and benefit from training and development opportunities. We are looking for someone who’ll want to get fully involved with dealership events and rides, both on and off site. We live and breathe motorcycles; to us, this is far more than just a place of work! Please note that this role has an uncapped commission-based structure, with a realistic achievable OTE of £56,000+ per annum. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Achieving profit and volume targets Maintaining above national average for our Customer Experience Programme and Mystery Shops Create an experiential showroom environment for customers Managing all enquiries by use of the Dealer Management Systems Ensuring Showroom presentation is second to none Effectively manage the growth of New & Used Motorcycle sales Provide clear leadership, sales coaching, motivating and to manage the sales team effectively following the LIND process Assist the Head of Business to create a business plan to ensure business objectives are met, profit margins are increased, and market penetration is expanded The successful candidate will: Hold a Full UK Motorcycle Licence Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the motor industry Have a desire to be close to our Customers (we ride too, and we regularly attend events, social meetings and rallies) Be focused on achieving goals Must have good communication skills, both oral and written Problem solving and decision making Financial analysis Excellent leadership skills are imperative as are interpersonal and relationship building Benefits Include: 41.5 hour working week - Monday to Saturday with a mid-week day off. 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) rising with service Free onsite parking Generous staff discount scheme Employee Assistance Programme with access to 24/7 helpline and counselling including you and your immediate family Bike to Work scheme Life Assurance (death in service benefit) 1 year salary Health Care scheme with 24/7 access to a GP, 6 physio appointments and a prescription service Free eye tests and supplement towards frames Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Access to gym discounts using our Health Care Scheme Ongoing support with LIND Training and Development Manufacturer training Voluntary time off of up to 3 days to carry out volunteer work The opportunity to work in a great environment with great people Being a part of the LIND Family About us We are part of the LIND Family who represent some of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world, including Triumph, Harley-Davidson, BMW and Porsche, with Yamaha and Ducati joining the family very soon.
