The Role
As Head of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in scaling the business, engaging with C-level clients, and driving strategic growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Client engagement – presenting AI-driven products and managing key relationships
Tech-driven sales – articulating complex AI and data analytics solutions to financial institutions
Strategic leadership – leading sales initiatives, shaping go-to-market strategies, and delivering key insights to the board
Industry expertise – engaging in wider tech discussions around AI, data, and financial innovation
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a similar senior leadership role
Strong technical understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics in financial services
Track record of selling to banks, insurers, and financial institutions
Experience in consultancy or advisory roles, with the ability to guide clients through complex technical solutions
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and board-level executives
