KBB Recruitment is proud to partner with a luxury brand specialising in high-end kitchens, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and wardrobes. Renowned for delivering an exceptional customer experience, they are a leader in their industry. We are assisting them in their search for a Head of Sales to lead their sales operations, drive revenue growth, and maintain their exceptional standards of customer service.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping the sales strategy and ensuring the success of the sales team. You'll manage the entire sales process from lead generation to close, oversee a small team, and work collaboratively to maintain the company's reputation for excellence.

This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with at least 10 years of experience, preferably in luxury home interiors, property development, or high-end kitchens. The role demands a target-driven mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales across all luxury product lines, achieving and exceeding targets. Manage the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience. Handle new enquiries, leads, and deals efficiently through the sales pipeline. Maintain and update the CRM system with precision to track and manage sales activity. Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks. Build strong relationships with suppliers, staying updated on new products and innovations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. Provide senior management with sales reports, market insights, and performance recommendations. Analyse marketing data to understand trends and optimize lead generation and sales performance.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proven leadership experience with a track record of recruiting, coaching, and managing a sales team. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging high-end clients, architects, and interior designers. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a creative and adaptable approach to luxury sales. Financially literate, able to manage and grow sales budgets and targets. Demonstrated success in selling high-value luxury products or services.
