Head of Sales Venues Group Salary:
60k plus bonus My client is looking for a driven and savvy sales manager to head up the central sales team within an exciting venue collection. You will be driving and managing a central team to assist in winning business across the entire collection. Achieve personal sales targets on an annual basis. Collaborate with the Director to establish annual sales budgets and set individual sales targets for each team member. Support the team in meeting sales objectives while ensuring that each member receives the resources and support needed to reach their individual goals. Mentor and coach team members to help them maximize opportunities and build strong client relationships through effective account management. Provide accurate sales reporting as requested. Manage the CRM system. Implement a comprehensive account management program across the team to optimize the conversion of leads into sales. Work with the Director to develop an annual marketing plan that aligns with business objectives and reflects the brand’s identity. Oversee the digital content strategy executed by the social media specialist. Take proactive steps to identify, develop, and convert new business leads into revenue. Support team training aimed at achieving growth objectives. Cultivate and sustain relationships with key corporate accounts and agents. Identify and participate in networking events and exhibitions to broaden connections. Act as a brand ambassador. Organize and attend promotional events. Seek out potential targets for new business and engage in proactive selling; encourage the sales team to adopt a similar approach. My client is looking for someone who has managed a sales team, has venue sales background, and some catering knowledge is a must.
