To support this growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Sales to join their team in London. The Role: The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the company’s sales efforts in the hospitality tech space. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute the sales strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and establish key partnerships with clients in the hospitality sector. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, the Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the hospitality tech sector. Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, success, and accountability. Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, driving new revenue streams. Present and demonstrate the company’s AI-powered solutions to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and solving key challenges in the hospitality industry. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into the company’s offerings and go-to-market strategy. Set and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving growth and achieving company objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Provide strategic input to senior leadership and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the company. What They Are Looking For: Proven experience in sales within the hospitality tech or SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully driving revenue growth. In-depth knowledge of the hospitality sector, particularly with regards to technology solutions and their impact on business operations. Previous experience building and leading sales teams, with a hands-on approach to management and team development. Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on nurturing long-term client partnerships and engaging C-level stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences. A self-driven, results-oriented leader, comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
