They are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Sales to lead our growth initiatives and build strong relationships with enterprise clients across key markets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy tailored to the AI and cybersecurity sectors. Identify and prioritize high-growth markets and segments, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with company objectives. Team Building and Management: Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team with expertise in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity solutions. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture, promoting professional development and success. Build trusted relationships with key enterprise clients and decision-makers. Lead complex negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and aligning solutions to meet their needs. Market Insights and Thought Leadership: Stay updated on AI and cybersecurity trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Position the company as a market leader through insights, presentations, and networking. Collaborate with marketing to develop thought leadership content and events. Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development. Partner with Marketing to design targeted campaigns and generate high-quality leads. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role within cybersecurity, AI, or SaaS. Proven track record of scaling revenue in a B2B environment, especially with enterprise clients. Skills: Strong understanding of AI and cybersecurity technologies and their value propositions. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics for data-driven decision-making. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
