Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Financial Performance:
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reports Stakeholder Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, governmental bodies, and environmental organizations. Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Marketing: Drive the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies alongside the marketing team. Outward facing:
Having delivered commercial success represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Product Development:
working cross functionally the delivery of a commercially viable product that position EB as the gold standard when it comes to Nature Shares; that is supported technically and scientifically in rigour / integrity. What we need from you ·
Ideally a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the environmental sector. ·
Strong understanding of biodiversity credits, carbon markets, and environmental conservation principles. ·
Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams. ·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. ·
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive sales success. ·
Ideally Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
