On their behalf, we are seeking a Head of Sales to lead their continued growth. This pivotal role involves driving the sales strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and building strong customer relationships across global markets. Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Strategy:

Lead the international sales strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution. Build & Empower Teams:

Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including independent sales reps, to exceed targets and unlock growth opportunities. Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and eCommerce channels, to meet and exceed customer needs. Market Strategy:

Create tailored country and account plans to maximise sales potential and ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborate Across Teams:

Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and align business strategies. Lead by Example:

Be a visible leader, with regular visits to key accounts and field-based team members. Key Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, with 5+ years of experience managing successful sales teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and translate strategy into action. Strong experience with omni-channel sales, including distributors, retailers, and direct-to-consumer/eCommerce. Data-driven decision-making with exceptional negotiation, contract management, and leadership skills. Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment. Customer-focused approach for both commercial clients and consumers. A second European language is an advantage. What Success Looks Like:

Achieving volume and revenue growth in line with agreed strategy. Improvement in margin and contribution. Development and performance of the sales team, reflected in sales metrics and account feedback. Positive feedback from direct reports, peers, and senior stakeholders through 360 reviews.
