This leadership position involves spearheading customer acquisition strategies, inspiring high-performing teams, and delivering impactful solutions to both learners and employers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership to create strategies for lead generation, conversion optimization, and tailored sales cycles across SME and Enterprise sectors. Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and industry developments to inform strategy. Drive growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and expanding service offerings. Develop and execute prospecting strategies to maintain a robust and high-quality sales pipeline. Utilize data-driven analysis to identify improvement areas and adapt strategies accordingly. Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Implement customer acquisition strategies to secure high-value accounts, emphasizing consultative selling approaches. Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with business objectives. Innovate tailored solutions to uncover missed growth opportunities and improve offerings. Provide regular reporting on progress, challenges, and opportunities related to customer acquisition. Collaborate across departments to align and integrate growth strategies. Foster a positive workplace culture to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Essential Skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions to optimize resources and increase revenue.
