Sharpening your team’s objection-handling skills to create a resilient sales force capable of turning challenges into opportunities. Refining opening questions, helping your team excel in uncovering client needs and conducting effective fact-finding. Training diverse closing techniques, ensuring your team can close deals with different clients in various scenarios. Equipping the team with knowledge of our success stories so they can confidently share case studies with clients, building trust and connections quickly. Leading by example, stepping in when necessary to demonstrate best practices—whether it’s how to open, handle objections, or close a deal, especially for new starters or those in training. This role is for someone who knows how to support and push the team to achieve more, always focused on helping them become the best version of themselves. You will be positive, have high-energy and be a target-driven individual who can motivate and inspire. You should have sold at a high level and understand how to lead by example—someone whose team respects them, learns from them, and consistently delivers growth. Package: Basic Salary : £72,000 per annum, with a generous commission structure based on your team's sales, offering a realistic OTE of £90,000—with no cap on earnings. While the sales team is encouraged to explore optimal working hours, as Head of Sales, you'll do what it takes to achieve results. Events Commitment : We run events on approximately 20 weekends per year, with sales team members expected to work half. Additionally, there are around 10 weekday events per year, some of which may require travel. As Head of Sales, you'll be expected to participate in 6 weekend events annually (primarily virtual from home or our Scarborough office) and attend 1 weekday event per month. Location : This role is virtual, with the expectation of 1-2 days per month in our Scarborough office. You’re welcome to come into the office more frequently if you prefer. Holidays : 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, totalling 33 days off per year.
