Our client is a well-established Sheet Metal Fabrications company, providing a wide range of services including CAD Design, Laser Cutting, Welding, and Fabrication to various commercial and industrial organizations across the UK. The company is now looking to recruit a Head of Sales to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Sheet Metal fabrication industry, a proven track record in Sales Management or Senior Sales, and strong man-management and leadership skills. The candidate will be hardworking, driven, hungry for success, and looking to join a well-established growing organization. Principal Responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Sheet Metal fabrication industry. Senior Sales / Sales Management experience - essential. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are satisfied with the company's services. Manage the key account list to maximize sales and profit. Effective communicator. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required. Computer literate.
