As Head of Sales, you will report directly to the Managing Director, who brings extensive experience in sign industry sales. This provides you with a valuable source of support and understanding to help you succeed in the role. You can work from the company’s North West office or opt for hybrid working. However, as the Head of Sales, your on-site presence will be essential for conducting sales meetings, providing leadership, and mentoring junior sales team members. To be considered for this senior sign industry sales job, you'll need to be able to demonstrate success working in a signage sales job role, such as Business Development or Sales Manager. You'll also need: Experience of selling signage to national end users & brands in retail, leisure, health, education, etc. Proven ability to develop new business & nurture lasting relationships with clients Excellent presentation skills People management experience would be an advantage but isn't essential Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook & Excel, & ideally have experience using Clarity software The right to work in the UK & a UK driving license What’s in it for you
