As Head of Sales UK, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving sales to support our staffing solutions for the automotive sector, among others.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to act as a representative of the company, engaging directly with clients and other supporting services providers and businesses to which the company is affiliated. There will be ongoing support from and interaction with colleagues based at the company's UK headquarters.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, business development, and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities with automotive companies and suppliers and other sectors. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, using outbound prospecting techniques (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.). Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Identify opportunities to offer additional services or expand current contracts based on evolving client needs.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with recruitment teams to match the right talent to client's needs.

Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and client communications. Provide feedback on market conditions and recommend improvements to services offered.

Sales Reporting and Analytics: Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales cycle length, and client retention to measure success and improve tactics.

Qualifications: Experience: Bachelor's or Associate's degree. 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience or interest in the automotive industry is highly desirable. Prior experience in staffing or recruitment sales is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. A sense of urgency & excellent presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software. Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
