We are looking to recruit a Head of School role for Pelham Primary School, reporting directly to the Executive Head Teacher. This role is pivotal in shaping the mission and culture of the school and wider trust. The Head of School will provide leadership to the Pelham team, ensuring that the teaching and learning experience is high quality, stimulating, well-resourced and delivered in a child-friendly learning environment. We have a close-knit senior leadership team to offer support and collaboration, with the central Trust team office also on site at Pelham Primary School. We operate a varied and structured program of continuous professional development as well as individual opportunities for learning and development.
